Frequently Asked Questions

What is your service area?

Our clients are located all throughout the Chicagoland area.  Our team travels into the city as well as certain parts of Wisconsin, Iowa and Indiana.  If you are outside of that local geography, just give us a call and we may be able to work something out for you.

What if we have satellite offices?

We are happy to allow your team to video-conference (live) any of our presentations or meditations with any part of your workforce that is not in the office in which we are working.  We will also work with you to find wellness services local to employees who work in offices too far to participate.  We are happy to act as a concierge finding, vetting, booking and even billing services in other U.S. locations.  We also have some clients who prefer to fly our team to their other locations.  We can be flexible to meet your needs.

May we videotape the presentations?

We are so sorry to say that we do not allow recording of our presentations at this time.  All of our presentations are copyright protected.

What are your billing terms?

We require a $1,000 deposit to reserve your dates and services.  The remaining balance is due on or before five business days prior to the start date of your event.  Events totaling less than $1,000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit.  If a modification or cancellation occurs that meets the terms for partial refund (not a last minute cancellation), the non-refundable portion may be applied toward a new program.   We will work out special billing terms for established clients if requested. 

Can we make changes or cancel our program once we sign on?

We try to be as flexible as possible but once you've signed on to your dates, we take those dates off the schedule and force other clients to choose around them.  The deposit may be non-refundable in the case of a cancellation but may be applied toward a future event in whole or in part depending on how much notice was given prior to cancellation (see your contract for details).  Changes may be made up to ten business days prior to the start date of your event without penalty.  Please contact your event coordinator to discuss your particular request.

What are the costs of your programs?

Prices will vary depending on the types of programs you'd like, company size, timing, travel and more.  We have packages available that may be spread over a week or a year or you can customize a program that is right for your team's interests and budget.  Contact us at 1-800-206-1820 to chat with us about your needs and we will put together a custom quote for you.

How will you gauge employee feedback?

Once you have completed your event, we will provide you with a survey geared toward assessing the programs you've created.  You will have the ability to to adjust the questions asked or add or subject questions.  We will then design the questionnaire via an electronic survey website and provide you with a link that you may send out to your team.   We always include an incentive for the employees to complete the survey (raffle prize) so our participation rates are higher than average.

Are there presentation topics you cover other than what's listed?

Yes!  If there is a topic you are interested in learning more about but don't see listed, just ask!

Simply decide which package you'd like and what topics or services you'd like to see presented or performed and one of our specialists will work with you to develop an amazing  event for your employees.   Whether you choose a day or a full week of wellness, we have got you covered.  We will communicate with you every step of the way to make sure we are exceeding your expectations.
